Infant Care
6 weeks - 12 months

Toddlers
13 to 24 months
Our Toddler Care program at Weatherford Academy is designed for curious minds aged 12-18 months. We create a safe and engaging environment where your toddler can explore, learn, and grow through play-based activities that stimulate cognitive, physical, and social development. Our attentive caregivers guide your child through this exciting stage with love and care, fostering their independence and creativity.
Preschool

Pre - Kindergarten
4-5 years old
"Our Pre-Kindergarten program at Weatherford Academy is designed for 4-5 year-olds ready to embark on their journey to kindergarten. Eligibility Requirements
1. Age:
- The child must be four years old by September 30th of the school year for which they are applying.
2. Income:
- The family's income must meet specific guidelines, usually not exceeding 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). The exact income limits vary based on family size.
3. Residency:
- The child and family must reside in Louisiana.
4. Immunizations:
- The child must be up to date on immunizations as required by state law for school attendance.

- Early Head Start is designed for pregnant women, infants, and toddlers up to age

- The family must reside in the area served by the Clover Early Head Start program.

1. Income:

- For example, as of the latest updates, a family of four may need to have an income at or below 65% of the State Median Income (SMI) to be eligible.
2. Work, School, or Training:
- Parents or guardians must be working, attending school, or participating in an approved job training program.
- Typically, there’s a minimum number of hours per week that parents must be engaged in these activities.
3. Residency:
- The family must reside in Louisiana.
4. Child’s Age:
- CCAP generally covers children under 13 years old. However, for children with special needs, the age limit may extend to 18.
5 .Citizenship:
- The child must be a U.S. citizen or a qualified alien.
6. Immunizations:
- The child must be up to date on immunizations as required by Louisiana state law.
